On May 22nd, I paid a paypal bill sent via email from Richard Walsh himself for the amount of $39 USD for the purchase of Ensoniq 2.40 Eproms. As of August 7th I still haven't received the Ensoniq 2.40 Eproms I paid for on May 22. This is should've taken 1 to 2 weeks at the most not 2 months.
I've been waiting patiently for these eproms to arrive so I can go ahead with my work, so far they have replied to 1 email saying that they were surprised I hadn't received the eproms and would re-ship the item and that was 1 month ago and I haven't received that shipment either.
Even my latest email from 5days ago to customer service wasn't replied to. After many requests about the item, neither purchasing or customer service has provided any answers or resolution. I would prefer to receive the item I gladly paid for as I need it OR to be reimbursed if they can't provide it.
