On June 1, I pre-ordered a specialty floppy drive from Richard Walsh / route66studios.com I paid $96.95 USD PayPal.
After receiving numerous and variousexcuses as to why he did not deliver the product for over ONE YEAR, andupon his e-mail that stated he would refund my money if I so desired, Iasked for the refund via PayPal also. His assistant, Stacy, e-mailed meand said they would remit my money. That was around May 3, this year. Still, no funds apparent in PayPal. I have the e-mails that were sent and received, so I don't believe that they did not receive them. It is very discouraging to do business with this company.
I actually started out my dealings with this person/company by notifyinghim of an error in his advertising of the product that I was purchasing in an attempt to help his business. Here is the communication regarding that:
