I was looking to purchase a Casio CZ101 manual for my sister, which I was having a hard time finding. At the time I didn't realize you could download most manuals for free on the name brand websites. So I found Route 66 Studios (www.route66studios.com) had these manuals, and paid instantly on May 26 via PayPal.
Long story short, in mid June I still had not received the manual & filed a Buyer Complaint with PayPal. This enraged Mr. Richard Walsh, the single employee/owner of Route 66 Studios. After I filed, he began to harass me via email, calling me an "idiot, " a "b*tch, " a "dipsh*t, " & telling me "f*ck you" among many other things.
Mr. Walsh failed to adhere to PayPal's policy of requiring proof of delivery.in reality, he probably did not ship. I called BJ at PayPal to verify all of this, after Mr. Walsh lied to me and told me he contacted PayPal & that PayPal was going to investigate me. BJ basically told me Mr. Walsh was lying about calling & told me my account was in perfect standing & I had not violated any policies.
I decided to report his poor business practices to the Better Business Bureau.in doing so, I found that Mr. Walsh & Route 66 Studios had SEVERAL BBB complaints against him for non-receipt of goods & bad business practices. I also reported him to AOL since his web site is hosted on a free AOL web page.
This man is selling manuals you can get for free online, without the hassle. He won't send your product, he'll lie to you, he'll harass you constantly even if you ask for him to stop. Avoid richard walsh & route 66 studios!!!
