I spent over a thousand dollars buying a fancy Sony vaio. After one year the vaio started heating up and burned the outside cover and would no longer charge. There was a firmware problem that Sony agreed to fix fir free in 7-10 days. I sent my computer and 21/2 months later it returns with a broken wireless card. This is such negligence. I call their customer relations and they have the nerve to tell me to send it back to get fixed. I asked for them to send a technician to my house as this was clearly their fault and they say they can't do that. Horrible horrible service. I have a company with multiple emplyees and have bought Sony in the past - something I will never do in the future!
