This is my 2nd virgin mobile phone that has taken money for no reason. I had a phone about 7 years ago that took hundreds of dollars and now the current phone ive had for around 2 years has taken well over $100. I would like to have the money back which was taken from me but more importantly i would like to resolve the issue so it doesnt happen anymore. Please Help.
