We bought an LG double-wall stove from US-Appliance.com. Your transactions with this specific organization were exceptional. Design amount LWD3081ST 30" SN#810KMCB00331 for $2879.10 on 9/2/10.in October top of the stove quit heat by having an error signal of F9. AAMP Appliance Repair unearthed that it required two new thermostats to get a complete fix of $324. Today 9 weeks later we're obtaining the same error signal and that I believe the exact same issue. I've approached LG to determine when they could be prepared to help spread the price of another fix in under annually. I talked with T. Who gave me an incident quantity of 120718558115, requested me to send the initial receipt backup that we did in addition to the fix bill. She stated she'd notice if her chef might agree some modification. We simply got a phone from an LG representative who says that because it has gone out of guarantee (twelve months on stove, 3 months on restoration components) they're not prepared to do something to assist us.

Please keep this in your mind if you should be thinking about the purchase of LG devices. BTW we also provide an LG cooktop, LG french-door fridge, LG machine and dryer, and many LG Televisionis. This made simply no distinction both.

LG might say "Livingis Great" however they do not worry about their clients evidently.
