In short. I had to have a left hinge frige. Special ordered one in nov form bb. And they shipped the wrong one. Ok re-orderes waited another two weeks. Guess what? Shipped the wrong on again. So looked around town could not find one. So went back and ordered another one from bb... Today 1-17-12 was supposed to get it del. Today. Called and the warehouse had to re-order it. So i have a new del. Date of 1-29-12.. A month after i paid for it...
By far the worst service i have ever had... Never special order anything from bestbuy... You will never get it..
