Horrible experience, I called up they told me they had a Nikon D800 in stock, so I decided I could pay a little extra
to get as no one else had it... Oh Huge mistake, it was supposed to be delivered 6/12, I called up to check on it 6/8 and I get it will be there by the end of next week, it is shipping from Japan. Well I live in the US, so to me Japan is not 'in stock'. I called back a second time the same day, got Jonathon, he says it's not being sent until 6/27, I tell him I want to cancel, he passes me on to a supervisor, who says he's going to charge me a 20% restocking fee, I said no and he said I couldn't cancel or get a refund. I disputed the charge with my CC company and emailed digitaldepotonline that I was
disputing the charge, calling the Attny Generals of NY and CA, calling the agency that deals with fraudulent advertising, contacting both BBB's in CA (phone number is from there) and NY (billing is from here) and then hit every place I could online to write a review.
