Ordered solar light special from company and was charged a fee of $ 19.90 for shipping and handling which was not listed on the original order. I called and was very rudely talked to by a female that was not interested in my complaint. The price of the special was only $19.95 so i guess this covers the special promotion. No one should order from these dishonest people, thank you.
