I was a home seller on Amazon just selling a few things like books and a BRAND NEW IN BOX 7 " Sylvania Tablet Express Plus that I received from my son as a gift for $179.00 and I had wanted to take it back but couldn't find receipt so I decided to take a loss and just sell it on Amazon for $138.00. Huge mistake. This woman named SHARBAR PERRY lives at 2120 Randall Ave Apt 12h Bronx NY 10473-1737. Buys it and I send it right out to her. Within 2 days 03/27 she emails me and says she wants her money back because she says the tablet runs too slow. I tell her ok no problem and as soon as i receive item back she will get refund. ON 3/28 (The next day) she file's a A to Z gaurantee claim on item through Amazon. Then I get the tablet back on 4/11 and cords are missing and also my husband notices that the sticker on back of tablet had been tampered with. The sticker was removed and reapplied but didn't line up properly when stuck back on tablet It was brand new from store and wasn't like that when I had it. I email her about the missing cords in April 11 and she replys and she says the package was taped up tablet was dirty COME ON!!! What a liar! I did not sell something not brand new if I did I would have said so. Her first email to me was about the tablet being slow not that it was used. A to Z guarantee has no phone number to talk to anyone on phone so I emailed everything that happened but they still side with the buyer. So she got her money back kept cords and switched the tablet because why else would she touch the sticker on back of tablet. So I cant even resell it because I dont have cords and it isnt in same condition as I sent it to her. She told me she would send cords but I never got them to this day
So beware of this woman. She screwed me and she will screw others also just the kind of person she is. She will rip you off like she did me!!! I am now going to talk to a lawyer and sue her in court and she will have to pay my court costs also. I have all emails of corespondence with this woman. And I have decided to close my account with Amazon. If Amazon can't also stick up for sellers who have issues with disceptive people then time for me to not do business with them any longer. Just warning everyone who does business with this woman online or off online she is not to be trusted.
