I bought a Dell re-certified 17 inch color monitor on 4-12-04. The monitor was advertised as $79.00 with a $20.00 rebate.
I printed, read, and filled out the form according to the instructions. It is now near the end of August and still no rebate.
After making several calls to Tiger Direct I got the number to check on my rebate. The person I spoke with told me that they had not recieved my rebate form.
She then asked if I had made photocopies of the rebate form. I said no. I recall that there was nothing stating anywhere on the rebate form that said I had to make a photcopy.
She then said no, I can not assist you. This is as crooked as it gets folks. Misrepresenting their products, and cheating unsuspecting customers out of their hard earned money.
Do yourself a favor, always check out the company you are considering doing business with. I know I will from now on.
