I bought a macbook pro and other things at conns. After being laid from work in march i advised in i'd no longet have the ability to make payments till i came across another work. After all of the harrsing telephone calls 20 million times each day and visits and letters to my house i obtained a phone from the feminine csr there and explained easily didn't create i cost conns might file lawsuit against me, i agreed to return the items i did so have she said they require everything. I informed her some things i didnt have becuase i required cash. Anyhow so she said to fax in a statement with proof address and proof income which at that time was only my man. And so i did that and post-date 2 funds and they'd bring my account current and commence normal monthly payments in may. I stated ok did all that i created my funds now below i'm may 16th named to have the payoff quantity on my account since i needed to send more to pay for it off rapidly, our phone is transfered to some csr and he or she shows me my account has been charged down! I questioned why i imagined it had been present i created arrangements to bring it present, she put me on hold and about 2 mins later returns and says oh i am sorry it ws only a lender mistake, what lender mistake i request? Yall got out the 4 scheduled payments. (i'd split the two weeks up into 4 funds) nicely to my shock i proceed and pull my credit history. Surprise surprise... Charge-off account from conns jumps right up!!! Also it hit my credit history march. So that they called me knowing this account would be charged off and got me for just two monthly obligations that added as much as $450.00... Below i'm thinking my account is current and my credit is good! Never again am i going to buy from conns they're liars and are only annoying because they could be. I dont know how people actually work with that organization. Fyi i'm currently seeking into processing lawsuit to make me pay after my account was charged down. They didn't advise me my account was charged after actually getting the first payment in march!!!
