Counterfeit items

I lost money with this company. They don't care about customers, they have COUNTERFEIT ITEMS, and they don't answer their emails or phones when there is a problem. I send my phone back, because it was faulty but I never got a new one. Mail was returned unopened. Do not do business with this company!!!
