Ridiculous return policy

Purchased a computer fan. $29.95 - It wasn't the problem with my computer. Wanted to return within the 10 day company policy. Received a RMA # no problem. However, the re-stocking fee is 25% or $25.00 whichever is greater. Then I am responsible for shipping costs. You do the math! Need parts! Not from them! Ever!
