The worst service ever!!! Had bout a tv from best buy and had NERD squad install it…gave me a time from 8-12 in the morning. They showed up at 230PM. With the excuse that the address on the paperwork was for a managers MOTHER-IN-LAWS house…and they didnt have my phone number to even call me. You think they would have had the intellegence to call best buy before the 12 pm deadline. Nope. I called litterally 15 times sunday morning. Never got thru. Sat on hold half hours at a time. And had to listen to that HORRIBLE country music! THEN they call me this morning for a survey asking me if i was satisfied…said i would be connected to someone right away…sat on hold for ANOTHER 25 mins before i hung up! Customer service is a piece of SH! T! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I have two more TV’s that need to be mounted I WILL NOT BE CALLING GEEK SQUAD EVER AGAIN!!! GUARANTEED!!!
Unless geek squad gives me a full refund or they offer me to install my next two tv’s for free…i will never ever call them again! I will continue to write horrible reviews until i they call me back with some kind of compensation for my lost day. 8-12 means 8-12 not 230 pm. I have a side business and lost out on potentially thousands of dollars waiting around for geek squad to come and install my tv! Horrible… and not even a phone call to apologize. Nothing! So i sugest that anyone needing a service like this to call someone else!!!
