Ripoff, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, a million promises, not a single one kept! Ripoff Englewood, & Stacy, Minnesota

I was promised a $50.00 Visa Gift Card if I would also subscribe to STARZ. For 3 months, and saved the bills... I was told that if I referred family and friends, I would recieve $5.00 per month (for 12 months), plus FIVE free pay-per-view coupons, for each person that would sign up...

I have the 3 months of bills, but, have yet to recieve the offer reply form for the Visa card. I have spent well, over 15 TOTAL hours on the phone with DishNetwork trying to get a form sent out, all I have been told, is call Visa, I did that, and was told to call DishNetwork, I did that, too. They have passed me back and forth like a rotten potatoe. And talked to me like I am bothering them. I have never spoken to people sooo rude over the phone, in all my life!!!

I am seeing the $5.00 credit on my bill, but, have yet to see any coupons. I cannot get over how stingy they are with the PPV coupons. The reps act like it will come out of their pockets or their paycheck. Before I switched from cable I had well over 20 free PPV coupons with my old company. They handed them out like candy, and now i have to sit here and argue with these idiots over 5 FIVE of them. I wished I would have NEVER referred them to friends or family. This company has embarrased me, I pray the family members that I referred, are not going through this same thing. I am SOOOOOO close to just giving up on them, and dis-connecting with them.
