We bought a big screen with an extended warranty spending almost $2500.00. Less than 2 months later it wouldn't turn on. We called hh gregg and they said we had to call Mitsubishi. We did and they had a service guy from Norman's come out a week later. He got here, pressed 2 buttons and said it was a color wheel and would take a week to get here. Well, after 3 weeks of calling hh gregg, Mitsubishi and the repair co. We were told this morning (Thurs.) that it won't be until next Tuesday when they can get here!
When we called the "Manager" at hh gregg the 2nd week in to see if they could at least loan us a tv or just replace this one he told us there was nothing they could do about it and hung up. I would NEVER buy anything from there EVER again.
Now what do I do with the $400 warranty we bought. It's with the same co.?
