Unreliable and non responsive Internet

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a grill with 7 day delivery and they charged my credit card. The informed me it was back ordered and would be delivered in three days. I called and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes customer service picks up the phone and puts it back down disconnecting me before I can speak, not once but twice. The only way to correspond is through their stupid web site, first message ignored second assures me of the product will ship in 3 days. 2 days later I receive an email that delivery is scheduled three weeks later. I call the phone is put down. I call again and get put through to sales, they answer immediately (they obviously want to sell something, after harassing a salesman he follows up to tell me the order will ship in three days. Another email from them order will ship in two weeks. I email them to tell them I'm going to cancel the order and get an immediate response that it has been shipped, tracker number and all. SO I access the carrier tracking and it has not been shipped as they are waiting for instructions from Home Everything. So I am out of pocket, no grill, and cannot believe a thing I am told. They do not answer the phone and rarely respond to emails.

My advice is that this company may be cheap but unreliable and non responsive. I do not know if I will ever get what I ordered so save yourself heartache and buy from someone else
