I got a txt message from Cricket that said I had run out of minutes on my plan. I had signed up for and received confirmation I had gotten the unlimited talk and txt plan. When I called about it, I was told by a representative that I was NOT signed up for that plan and had used up my alotted minutes in a week and had to pay. 05 a minute to use it any more. After repeated attempts to tell her that she had it wrong and I had confirmation from a Cricket rep that I had signed up for the unlimited plan, and she telling me I hadnt, I asked for her supervisor.
I got her supervisor on the phone and he told me that they had made a mistake, and in order for me to have it corrected I had to pay MORE money to fix THEIR mistake. He said that is the only way they could fix it on THEIR system. I had to pay to keep my phone on even though they admitted it was THEIR mistake. I wasted 35$ in a week on THEIR mistake and then had to pay additional funds to get it "Fixed". How would thy like it is they had to pay when I made a mistake to get it fixed right?
If I had made a mistake they would have crucified me, if they make a mistake, instead of fixing it, they charge you more money to make it right.
