I sent them my phone on February 7. They documented that they were received on February 20. After many, many emails they advised me that a check for $200.00 was sent on April 10. I never received the check and have sent them many, many emails about it. They didn't do what the website said they do and you are unable to speak to anyone in person. They have acted in bad faith and wonder how many others out there have been ripped off. Their location is a post office box at a UPS Store. This constitutes federal civil theft and they should be shut down.
