I payed a box online by debit card. I still haven`t had anything for five weeks. Failed to answer to my e-mail

I ordered a oraotv box online. I paid on my debit card, and it was to be delivered seven days after.

It didn`t arrive on the day i expected, s i e-mailed them on several time but they don`t respond to my e-mail. My bank told me that they already debit my account, means i paid at the time for the box.
