On 07-25-04 I ordered a computer system for $649.00 and after finding this site I contacted them to cancel my order. Their only question was to ask for my name as it appeared on my credit card.
I have sent numerous emails using both my net service and their customer service link on the cpu-parts International webpage. To date my credit card has not been credited and no one has contacted me.
I did file a report with the Arkansas Attorney General's office and will now report this to the state better business bureau.
I am just an elderly man that was trying to help his grandkids out but foolishly failed to verify company credentials.
