Purchased Diasonic Linear PCM Pro Voice Recorder (DDR-5300) from Consumer Security Products. When the product did not arrive after 10 days, i emailed them asking where the product was. Their response was "sorry, cancelled." with no further explanation. I emailed them back asking for an explanation and they fell off the planet. Pathetic was to run a business.
