Same person, same experience, different product. I dared to ask for a return/exchange of a defective product. Some silly excuse why he couldn't do a direct return at first (terms of sale on website clearly state that defective products -regardless of nature - will be exchanged/refunded by his office, not by the manufacturer). When I insisted, he turned nasty. Verbally abusive and menacing, both over the phone and in emails. My personal experience with him as sales rep/customer service/owner (3-in-1) was horrendous. The conclusions are yours to make.
