I bought a RCA Television 32-inch display for over $600. Dollars. I bought this Television in 2002. It broke this past year in March. I approached RCA for aid with no one replied to my mail.
I then got it to obtain it mounted. Today it's broken again. I called RCA now. Their reaction to me was defensive as well as their perspective was this really is my issue.
I told them that I spent allocate of cash into this Television and today am needing to proceed to get cash to get a Television that's just 5 yrs old. Many Televisionis I've possessed have survived 3 times around. Would you provide me some guidance like a customer how I will understand this fixed. Yet another notice after I requested to talk to a boss the support person declined.
