Legacy Engineering Group appears to make gaming products mostly built around the old Atari gaming system. I had purchased an atari controler with a new USB port to connect to my computer. This would be used with a new PC & emulation (stella) to play old Atari Games. Of course I leaglly own the the old Atari games I intend to play.
Almost right away I was informed that my order was lost/stolen/confiscated but not to worry a replacement is on it's way (see below):

Just wanted to let everyone know we are all back in the office and have spent the last 2 days building new additional controllers to replace the 155 orders. The US Postal Police have an investigation open, I don't know where that may go, but we have to consider all of our shipments a loss, but we are sending out replacements to everyone at our own costs. So shipment updates and notices from USPS.com to your email addresses will be coming shortly as we continue to drop off replacement shipments out to everyone who's orders were stolen.
After a few months I asked again via email what is the status and I receive a tracking number. The number does not track any package. I would provide the number but I think it is pointless as the number does not prove or disprove anything.
It has been four months from the inital order. I have again emailed to get the status. I have not seen anything come back from my emailing. I do not have a phone number to contact anyone nothing other than a real mail address exists on the website today.
Today (4/3) I'm adding this to usacomplaints.com and will continue to update you with any status.
