I purchased LOADS of Atari Flashback 4 systems from this company and the retailers that carry them, I have an Ebay business that has been quite successful however with having several complaints including but not limited too, Broken controllers, systems that wont power up and double 2 player controllers instead of the reqired one player two player controllers...
I did not offer refunds on the product because it was SEALED and brand new from the store with a so called warranty, I have now been IN touch FULLY trying to reach atgames.net and they claim they strive for PROMPT feedback and service, with no phone number and no address to return the products for a FULL replacement and or warranty that they claim, I have yet to recieve a call back or return email and it has now BEEN 4 WEEKS, and no response whatsoever, It's not like I cannot get the systems back from my cutomers and return them to the stores I bought them at BUT why should my customers have to suffer a partial refund and retrun a product when it SHOULD be replaced by the MANUFACTUER that made it...
It's not ONLY an inconvience for me and my customers but for anyone BUYING their child or loved one this product for the holidays...
Kroger {unlisted employee} even warned me they are an unreliable company and out for their money and for themselves not for the consumer...

Nobody should buy from Atgames or any of their products and they should be put out of business they are an overseas scam artist COMPANY unreliable and can ruin ur reputation and business BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR ANYTHING THEY MANUFACTUR...
My sincere appologies to my customers as well and whoever suffers this porr treatment
