My consumer complaints:
Since Dish Cable did not delivered the equipment as originally promised (Bait & Switch), they acknowledged their mistake and cancelled my contract. Satellite boxes were promptly returned as per their instructions.
Installation charges of $49 were paid as well as their first month bill ($100) although the service was on for less than 2 weeks. Now VMC is demmanding $290 or my account will be turned over to a "Very Good" collection agency.
