Jeanette Fitzgerald All they do is steal and lie Internet

My mother and I both signed up for service, we wanted "emergency use" cell phone service.

We each chose a rate plan that was advertised at $39.95 per month for 450 minutes usage per month.
My usage averages 12 minutes per month and my mother uses between 0 and 5 minutes per month.
The bills for each of these accounts have been between $65 and $95 per month, they claim these are the taxes on the bill and that there company policy prohibits them from doing anything about it.
In other words "go f& yourself"
These people definitely have earned a very "special spot" on usacomplaints. Coms, I think the site was created just for people lioke this.
There is a woman named Jeanette Fitzgerald, apparently it is her job to have relations with the executives and when she is not bust doing that they use her name to answer responses to disgruntled customers.
Theives and Liars is a nice way of describing these people
