Thought I signed a contract with the devil

Immediately after signing a cotract with these people I "logged in" to my online account. I was somewhat surprised that the information do not even come close to what I ordered, I thought this would be something that I could resolve with a phone call, LOL. Every time I called I was of course put on hold, then told that company policy will not allow them to credit the overcharges but they will eventually change the contract to match my order.

I then complained to the BBB and they got "most" of the overcharges refunded. We are now at month 2 and this months bill is even further off than last month. I have tried to resolve the issue, even contacting a Jeanette Fitzgerald in their "corporate relations" office. It would appear that she is busy having relations with the corporate people, because she sure does not have time for my problems.

The next step is small claims court, obviously this is pretty extreme just to get these people to bill me at the agreed rate.
I have every intention of going to court and in the interim will be filing complaints/warnings on every consumer site I can find
BE CAREFUL, reading the contract is meaningless if they are not going to honor it, btw a direct line to Jeanette is 949-286-1272 if you are having problems with verizon give her a call and be sure to tall her that Mark says hello.
