I submitted my rebate with Cingular Wireless in November. Here it is July and I have not yet to see a rebate. I have been calling and inquiring about the status. The customer service representatives continue to come up with new and innovative ways as to delay myself expecting a rebate. I am now on my second telephone because the one first phone I initially purchased continued to malfunction. I my second rebate 3 months ago cingular rebate representatives claims they never rev'd.in both incidences they instruct me to resend my rebate.
Luckily I track all outgoing mail and anything involoving monetary gain I purchase a confirmation reciept. I have documents confirming that Cingular rev'd my information. I also certified true copy stamped the documents I sent to Cingular and got them notarized. I have contacted my lawyer in Los Angeles. I intend on pursuing a civil suit. I would really enjoy a class action suit. If anyone is experiencing or has experienced fraud committed by Cingular Wireless please contact me. Please if you are serious on joining for a suit I would perfer you to have source documentation on you case.
