Wednesday 04 January is when I ordered and paid for the xbox 360 slim 250 gb hard drive on Tmart. After order it took around 3 weeks to get to me in GA from Hong Kong. I had no knowing that this website was an overseas distributor. There is no information on the website nor is there a phone number which is very misleading. It states on their website that they do a 180 day product free repair and a 90 day money back gurantee. Its stated I have the right to return anything from their company. They provide false information because they keep making excuses of why they will not give me a refund. I have done everything they asked me to do. I have sent them many emails stating that I want my refund. I shipped the item back to them on Jan. 23 2012. It is now Feb. 28 2012. Its been that long. I send them an email every day and they just give me an excuse every time.

For example, they told me I should have sent proof of return.
