Basically, I have been ripped off in more ways than one by Tmart. And they have lied to me in a variety of ways in their email correspondence (which is definitely meant to confuse the consumer). I originally placed this order with tmart on Nov. 15 and I feel have not only been ripped off, but that there has got to be laws against what they are doing to their customers. Below is an outline of my experience:
A. Paid for expedited 1-3 day shipping. When I did not receive products anywhere near on time (make up palettes for my Black Friday sale nonetheless) they refused to refund me my shipping fee. Current status: order received in 4 separate parts. Many damaged. And Despite the website promise on each product I ordered being IN STOCK in US warehouses, Tmart t lied because nearly everything they shipped was from Hong Kong.
B. Shattered cosmetic products. 6 of these palettes were shattered.
