When I "signed up" I was very specific as to what plan I wanted. When I logged in to "my account" it was not the plan I ordered.
I called and was told that the prior rep was a thief and had been warned about this, however the rep would "fix everything'
Next time I looged in to the acount it was again the wrong plan, I called and some "child" named Michael talked forever, said nothing, and really amused himelf.
I asked for a supervisor, spoke to a Marcus Martin, he told me that the "computer would not allow him to fix the problem"
However he was doing what he could and I should be happy with what I get.
I reminded him that he was not the final judge on that, he told me that he obviously could not hepl me and I was " on my own"
What a surprise, a smart a* rep working for a company that rips people off.
