Unfortunately, my experience Digital TV Express was among the worst ripoff because I had strong skepticism but still walked into it. I talked to JD, then later ordered from Andy who said He was JD's brother but they sound alike so who knows if it's the truth.initially they both spent a lot of time convincing me of the ease of operation of their cable boxes and how there was a guaranteed return policy after 15 days.
It took almost a month for it to arrive and did not work at all. I returned the junk back to them and waiting for my refund since June. I field a complaint with the BBB and the FBI for online fraud, and I will also file a police report with the Englewood Police Dept.
