Several years ago JEFF DAVIS sold non working cable boxes when living in Yuma, AZ. He used the names of JAM ENTERPRISES aka (also known as) INPHOME, Digital Cable today and Info Net Products. After 132 posted complaints he moved to CO and is selling NON WORKING CABLE BOXES as free to air, digital tv express, just about saving money and finally free tv. The BBB in DENVER, scam sites, complaint sites and ripoff sites, like this one, have and additional 233 posted complaints.
I purchase a box in May and it did not work. Charter Cable customer service WOULD NOT help so I spoke to IT. I was told that these boxes that companies like JAM purchase for $5.00 each are "JUNK". The box are 10-13 years old and are TOTALLY DISABLED prior to selling. JEFF DAVIS says his boxes are FCC and Cable Company approved and nothing can be further from the truth. When the boxes were disabled the FCC label was left on the bottom of the box.
I returned the NON WORKING BOX, received shipping confirmation that it was received by JAM and waited and waited and waited for 3 weeks and 8 emails and 6 phone call all unanswered. I smelled a RAT. Went to Huntington Bank and the transaction was reversed. Received the cost of the box and all shipping and handling as well because FRAUD was proven. The monies was taken from JAM/JEFF DAVIS' account without written permission. His bank agreed that there was FRAUD.
Over the past 13 months JEFF DAVIS has made 4 attempts to get money from my bank with the last try on July 26. If you wish to see a copy of this email where JEFF DAVIS is crying and begging for money ask me (Personal Information Removed)
If you have been CHEATED do the following: call the Englewood police and file a report. You will be given a report #. This report and # will go to the DA in turn it will be forwarded to the Attorney General.in addition file a complaint with ic3 which is the Internet Crime Complaint Center this site is run by the FBI. Ic3. Gon/defaultaspx go to file a complaint.
