In Sept 30 I purchased a Dual Screen Portable DVD Player from a Wal-mart store located in Ohio. About twenty days later and only used a couple of time it quit working, I then boxed everything back in it's orginal box with a copy of purchase reciept and sent it out ups ground. It has now been several years later and no word from company and any attempts have been disconnected numbers. I purchased this DVD player for $157.36 Plus ohio Sales tax. I tried returning it to the store but they had a 15 day policy on electronics. That is the only reason i shipped it back to company.
At least touch back with customers or repair items.
