I ordered 3 things off the company's website, one which was placed on backorder. After receiving the 2 items, I called and stated I was returning the items b/c I was not satisfied and to cancel the backorder of the other item I did not receive.
I thought everything was koshure until I found out they supposedly did not receive my return in the mail. The company offered me no help whatsoever in locating my package, and they didn't even offer to at least refund me the money of the 3rd item that I didn't even receive. The woman I spoke to on several different occassions said her name was "Kristen" which I don't think is the truth. She hung up on me several times in regards to this issue and pushed buttons at me. She was very rude and when asked to speak to her supervisor, she said "I am the supervisor!"
On another call I asked how many people worked there because she was the only one who answers the phone every time I call, and she said, "There are a bunch of people who work here." Well how come no one else could talk to me about this issue? Furthermore, I just feel stuck, I'm out $38 and Elite Wireless has offered NO help to me at all. They don't even have a 1-800 number to call, if you want to contact them, you have to call long distance!
