I bided more items at the bidz.com. A ring, which picture I enclose I have sent back. Bidz.com has taken 15 % off although the ring is not well made. Thay saed it is in a good condition. Good condition yes, but not well made. The stone is not in the middle. The listing # 16356316.
Another item #16107256 was described as Superb Bracelet with 1.68ctw precious Stones - Genuine clean Diamonds and Sapphirres - those sapphires were synthetic.
# 16260024 ring described as high quality had very bad diamonds and was not so high quality. (as described). The diamonds were not all of the same size. Bidz.com took 15% off.
The compere prices are not objective and don't believe that.
If you retourn something bidz.com doesn't refund the shipping costs. You have to pay it by yourself. The problem is, that I payed also taxes and custom for all those things and if I send it back I don't get the money back. It would be good if the Bidz.com would write this in the information, that thay have free shipping evrywhere but if you complain about the quality you don't get the free shipping back. To my specific emails bidz.com sends authomatic answers.
