On January 11th I ordered a Comcast triple Play Package from a rep who presented herself as being Comcast. This rep also had me purchase a modem/router for my package for $124.94... I subsequently received a modem, a power cord and a one page sheet of instructions and learned that I had not been dealing with Comcast but with SAVEOLOGY. When I went to Comcast's office to arrange for Installation, I was told that there was no record of my order or my payment of $124.94. I was able to track down Saveology through my Bank activity and subsequently called them to advise them that my modem was not compatible with the Triple Play Package as it did not support Voice services... I was instructed by the Saveology rep to return the modem for a full refund to S B industry in Fort Worth Tx. On January 19th I mailed the modem equipment back and it was received in Ft. Worth on January 21st. On January 25th I called Saveology Tech and was assured that the equipment was received and that my refund would be deposited back into my bank account within 24-72 hours. On January 27th an amount 0f $31.45 was deposited into my bank account. When I confronted saveology on January 28th and January 30th I was told that they did not receive all of their equipment and therefore I could not get my refund! Saveology was sent back exactly what was sent to me in the same packaging... The modem was "worthless" and certainly not a $124.00 item! They have fraudulently stolen from me $93.49. BEWARE of any dealings with this company... They will promise you the world and deliver you H*L!!
