I purchased a Kenmore Power Miser 9 hot water heater in 2005. I've had a technician to repair it AT LEAST ONE TIME annually, usually for that same issue: bad igniter. Kenmore has declined to displace the applying, stating the "Lemon Law" which stipulates the issue have to occur atleast five occasions in a single year. To heck with Kenmore and Sears. I'll NEVER but a different one of the goods.
