I bought a townhome in 1995. The truth is that the A.E. Cruz 40 gallon gasoline hot water heater was mounted from the contractor. It survived a great 11 years.in January it died. I bought a Kenmore Power Miser 9 fuel hot water heater. The truth is the installment man explained that they're the same hot water heater.
