I purchase online all the time and usually research the company a bit if I am new to it... in the midst of Christmas shopping and the excitement of the find, I did not. Ordered a notebook computer and was promised to receive within 10 days. Usually receive things quicker than they say and I went online to track the order at about 7 days. My order did not appear to be in transit yet. I called the company on several consecutive days and emailed once. NO response. Began making phone calls and leaving messages two times a day. About to stop payment when I finally rec'd it about day 17.

It was a gift and as it turned out, not quite what receipient wanted. Easily got a return authroization number... But not a return address. No clue as to where to return it and am sketical of even returning it as I may never get credited for it. I will continue to try... I will also be very watchful of my credit card account used for this transaction! The website if great and when one first calls the company, one feels good witht he automated phone service... The problem is they change their hours, there is never a real person to answer the calls or return a call OR email. This is not a reputable companydo not do business with them!
