I am another victim of this horrible company known as Eglobal Electonics and Eglobal Wireless. I ordered a netbook laptop from their website on December 29th. The following Monday on January 2nd, I called them to find out when my order would be shipped out. I never got an answer, all I got was an voice mail service, so I called over and over throughout the day and still never got an answer. I left numerous voice messages and sent several emails. You will never get a return call or a reply to your email. There is absolutely no way to reach those crooks. Finally almost a week later someone called me from Eglobal to try and verify my shipping address but I just told them to cancel the order because I had already read all of these other horrible reviews about them and it caused me to panic. It had been over a week since I placed the order and they still had the transaction pending on my debit card account. So I called my bank and explained to them what was going on and my bank released the transaction hold and put my money back into my account and then i had my account closed and opened a new one so that Eglobal could not go back and try to collect any money from my account. But to make a long story short, I want to warn you all, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and you will never see or hear from them again and you will never get the items you ordered. If they do send you anything it will be broken, damaged, used, or just plain garbage. Again, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have 2 websites: eglobalelectronics.com and eglobalwireless.com. My experience with this company has been horrible and I just don't want anyone else to have to go through this. I'm very lucky that my bank refunded my money. My advice to everyone is to research any company before you buy from them online.
