Was contacted by t-mobile regarding service — I think the only reason is that my contract had run out. I told them the only thing I wanted was to save money on my monthly bill. They talked me into a plan that they said WOULD save me on my monthly plan. Never mentioned it would lock me in for two years. It has turned out to cost me more and I have less service. All they say is "I am sorry you are ot happy" It would cost me $600 to cancel service since I have three lines on my plan. I will wait it out but will NEVER use them after that. I will also tell anyone who will listen that this company has gone down hill in a big way.
