I purchased a FRIGIDAIRE 26 CU FT SIDE BY SIDE REF SI SKU: 9830623 over the phone with Best Buy located at 3741 ellison Road NW Albuquerque, NM 87114 on July 09. On the date of purchase I was told "friday at 11 am" would be my set delivery. I advised the associate then that "11am" would not work for me. She assured me that was not a issue and she would have my order set for the last delivery of the day, which worked out perfectly with me. She advised me that someone would call and confirm the date and time. Needless to say, I have been on the phone since Wen. July 13, with numerous staff from this store and I STILL DONT HAVE CONFIRMATION AND ITS 1030 am, friday. I have given my # numerous times, and spoke with 2 supervisors. I have been waiting on a return call/confirmation for days. The last supervisor I spoke with advised me that my order has been taken off of the "truck" and the delivery date is now Saturday. Noone has bothered to inform me of this, until I called the store. I am so so dissapointed in the confusion and lack of professionalism I have experianced with your store. I am in the processes of upgrading all new kitchen appliances. I still need to purschase a gas range and microwave. Can you please rectify this? If not I will purschase at another store. Thank you so much for your time and understanding.
