Horrible customer service and shady return policy. They sold me a defective ipod for $130 and refused to give store credit or fix it. They asked me to prove that it was broken... WHen I told them I took it to the apple store and it was found to have a defective hardrive they said, well this is a 2nd hand store what do you expect... They said send an email to the company as if They do not represent the company they work for. Unbelievable... I am out $130 and have a useless broken ipod... Never again will I give them my business. Never.
