Me and my husband both had lines with Boost for about 2 months no problems. Then I went to pay my bill at a Radio Shack store. Paid the bill my husband ened up with no service and to make it worse the "manager" at radio shack said they couldn't refund the money even though I used their system to pay the bill and had my POP with all the numbers nothing... I turned them into BBB and got a call asking about why I filed after explaing the issue. After being asked why I had not called them directly (how?) I told her that the automated system keeps you from talking to any live rep she asked what could be done to fix the issue I told her phone service... Long story short we ended up going through Verizon these people are as bad cricket no customer service and no real way to keep customers. People I advise you to go through the BBB if you have proof something shady is going on they follow through on it.
