Our Sony Bravia Design KLV-32V400 purchased about 23 Weeks back undoubtedly created issue of Damaging Image. I approached M/S Rajmahal Service-Center-Karnal (Haryana), Approved Service Heart of Sony Bravia. The Support Engineer who visited my location advised that Display cell is broken and necessary to be transformed. Personally, I paid Tv towards the Assistance Center on 09.11.2011. Exactly the same history repeated NO-CALL from Service-Center personals. Again on 14.11.2011 personally, I visited SC (Service-Center) and waited there for 2 hours to understand the estimation. Lastly The estimation of Rs. 11000.00 is advised. I required them to correct it. The Team in the table is really rude and questioned me to deposit the least Rs. 3000.00 if Television will be got fixed. Sadly I'd only Rs. 1000.00 in my own bag, Borrowed Rs. 2000.00 from marketplace and paid to SC individual. (Neglect To realize why requesting progress while my Television worth Rs. 32000.00 is by using them).
I had been informed the Television is likely to be fixed by 18.11.2011. The SC personals didn't consider it healthy to see me whether Television is fixed or Not. I know visiting SC from 19.11.11. Till day to understand the destiny of my Television. To-day i.E. On 22.11.2011 lastly I managed to get a place to obtain my Television and progress back. The woman about the table is really rude that she advised “if you receive your Television and progress back, you'll not have the ability to have it fixed anywhere in ASIA. We shall harm it in this placement that it might need atleast Rs. 40000.00 to obtain it repaired.”
