I Purchased a new Asus laptop brand new. Also purchased the extended warrenty that if they could not fix it in the store they would replace it. Well Bought it in September, used it two weeeks or less. The computer broke and took it in for repair while traveling in Bellvue Washington. They called and wanted $239 to fix it. I explained I had the warrenty, they would not fix it. Then I went to the nearest store at the time and they said it was still setting, no one looked to see I had a full warrenty. Then they did not fix it and I still do not have the computer. Went in yesterday and ask why they Jot fixed it waiting for Parts. Why in the world would anyone buy a compter from this company. I don't normally do this but othears need to know tha. T, Best Buy Lies about the service and support. Three months later I still do not have my new Asus Laptop and maybe neaver get it back. Don't buy from them they are not honest. Jack
